Why is handmade/handcrafted soap better than store bought/commercial soap?
Our handmade/handcrafted soap contains natural, skin-loving ingredients. They do not contain any chemical additives like SLS, SLES, parabens, etc. Each of our batch of handmade soaps are made in smaller quantities. This makes each soap customized to attain maximum benefits.
How long will the soaps last?
The actual answer is “it depends.” It is important to note that commercial soaps have additives included to make them harder and last longer. Most are also made with less expensive oils and moisturizers that will mostly dry out your skin.
The oils and butters that are used in handcrafted soaps are natural and/or organic plus provide anti-inflammatory, antioxidant properties among other benefits and draw moisture into your skin.
When you shower or bathe, be sure to keep the soap dry between uses. This will help the soap last longer and your skin will thank you for it.
What forms of payment are accepted?
We accept the following forms of payment: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay and Cashapp.
What if my product melts in warm/hot weather? During warm/hot weather, it is possible that our handcrafted products may soften or even melt as they sit in warm/hot mail trucks, mailboxes, on front porches or other where not within your home.
The quality of our products are not affected by the melting.
On warm/hot days, BEFORE opening the jars or tins , place the items in your refrigerator for a few hours to allow them to harden. This is just in case they have melted in transit.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Standard shipping for orders in the United States normally takes 5-10 business days. Most orders are received within 6-12 business days of ordering and fulfillment.
Expect shipping delays due to COVID-19.
Most handcrafted products are shipped within 3 to 7 days.

Do you ship internationally?
At this time, we only ship within the USA and to Canada.
